Administration & Operations Manager

Are you an experienced administrator, with outstanding people skills, an operational knowledge of managing finance and planning processes?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide membership services to The Poultry Club’s portfolio for up to 20 hours per week.

Home-based, with the ability and skills to work unsupervised. The successful candidate will be a team player with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills that can demonstrate:

  • Excellence in customer experience management
  • Data and finance (book-keeping & budgeting) management
  • Ability to administer multiple membership lifecycle communications
  • Reporting capability and service provision to a management board
  • Success in a similar autonomous role

The Poultry Club, founded in 1877 is a registered charity that exists to safeguard the interests of all pure and traditional breeds of poultry. With a mixed membership of over 1,000 – we currently require a motivated and experienced administration professional to become a leading light and driver of ideas in our team.
