Thomas Brooks, the 1997 winner The Junior Certificate of Proficiency in Poultry Husbandry
Details of the Junior Certificate of Proficiency in Poultry Husbandry, an examination which can be taken by children under 16 free of charge and is open to members and non-members. The syllabus is ideal for schools or community groups and examines a basic knowledge of stockmanship and poultry husbandry.
Jonathan Grubb passed with merit Junior Fancier of the Year Award
The Junior Fancier of the Year Award is an annual competition with the final being held at the National Championship Show. To qualify, a junior fancier must win a Champion Juvenile award at a Championship Show. the final is judged on the child's knowledge and handling competence, as well as the quality of their exhibit.
